Club Night - 30th July 2026

It's Party Time!

As it is a party week, you do not have to pay this week. We just come together for some fun.

I will have slips of paper that people can write on. So what to write?

Well, you could just ask for a song. We will set up the projector and I will man the laptop.

If you choose a song, you are welcome to try leading it if you wish, or I will do so. However, you could offer a performance. This could be anything. A song, a short anecdote or story, or a poem.

It can be instrumental, or just vocal. It could be with different instrument too if you wish. The choice is totally yours.

I will put the slips into a box and they will be drawn at random. If you come out first, and do not want to be first, we will pick someone else and then you can go after them,

Upcoming Gigs

Here is the list of gigs that we currently have in our schedule.

Monday 3rd August - Morrisons

As per last week's meeting, we are playing at 2pm at Morrisons for their Charity Marie Curie.

Same play list as Craven Open-Door gig. Peter and David A to lead between them.

We are asking people to turn up at Morrisons foyer area for 1.45. 

Saturday 3rd October - Morrisons

Morrisons entrance. Again, this is at Morrisons but in aid of our chosen charity, Yorkshire Air Ambulance. We are suggesting two slots, between the times of 11 and 1. There is the cafe we can go to for a coffee break! 

Thursday 8th October @7-9pm (TBC)

We have also been asked to take part in an event at this time. The gig team are still gathering information. I just wanted to mark it down.

Saturday 31st October (TBC)

Gargrave Beer Festival. I am sure we would like to do this one (hic!). Still TBC though.

Wednesday 9th December Threshfield WI

Still awaiting final details, but it is an evening performance.

Sunday 13th December - Holy Trinity Church

This will be a daytime gig. More details to come.

We will also have a couple of Xmas gigs in December so remember to forward song suggestions to the gig committee for that too.

Summer Break

So as a reminder, our summer break will be from the Summer party and we will restart on the 27th August.
