Club Night - 12th March 2026

What a wonderful week we had last time, with Liz leading us through a great selection of songs. We also came up with the idea of the "Song of the Month" where we focus on a song every week of that month. We will also revisit a couple of the recent additions.

With that in mind, and if we have a revised song sheet, I would like to have "Circle Game". There is some real timing things that we need to watch out for.

We can also look at some of the other songs that have recently been modified so that we can get used to them as well.

Another song suggestion is There She Goes by The La's. If there is a songsheet, we can take a look at it too.

As for other songs? Well as it is March, I was thinking things that are Spring related perhaps? To me that would be songs with Flowers or Rain or something.

I will be asking the group for more suggestions as well.

For the song of the month we will take our time with it, so go though it a few times, perhaps breaking it down to sections so that we can all get used to it.

Dave Blundell's funeral service will take place at Oakworth Crematorium on 24th March at 2:30 pm, anyone who is looking to attend the funeral service to let Eric know and those who wish to donate to one of his charitable causes to bring money next week.

Annie is bringing a card this Thursday 12th.

Easter Break

Our Easter break will be the first 2 Thursdays in April. 2nd and 9th.
